1. What types of shoes does COUIO offer? COUIO specializes in high-quality leather shoes, including formal, casual, and semi-formal styles for men and women.

2. How can I place an order? You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired product, size, and color, then adding it to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

4. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.

5. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

8. Are there any items that cannot be returned? Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at couio.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.
