SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost and typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Delays:

• Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at couio.pk@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We offer one free exchange per order. Please follow the return process and specify your exchange request if you need a different size or color.

Final Sale Items:

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at couio.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
